For the armless chair mould we generally using 718H/P20 for mould cavity core inserts. for the smaller armless chair mould using 650T injection machine for testing. for the adult armless chair mould using 800T or 1000T injection machine.

We have made several kinds of chair mould. Annually we manufacture over then 100 sets of chair moulds. Interchangeable inserts for different chair backrest versions. Backrest inserts can be easily changed on the machine, we are also familiar with PC transparent chair with gas injection.
